Bowlore at Carew Castle

We enjoy exploring castles and Wales is certainly a fantastic place for that. Today we went to Carew Castle, partly because we heard that the medieval display group Bowlore were there. They put on a fantastic show - entertaining, informative and full of skill and energy. I suspect one small boy will remember the tale of William Tell vividly for the rest of his life!
Dodging an arrow (don't try this at home...)
Successfully chopping an arrow in flight with a sword. Impressive! I'm pleased that I caught the moment - but glad I was pressing the shutter button rather than swinging the sword.
